This villa in Riyadh was shaped by a pursuit of clean lines and simple forms framed by local motifs.
The project is divided into two material-based blocks: an intimate entrance zone finished in veneer with adjoining private rooms, and shared spaces defined by sandstone.
The living room acts as the central point, opening onto a panorama of stone masonry and an inner courtyard framed by a walnut veneer portal.
A marble staircase with a cantilevered structure is complemented by storage with woven wooden facades.

The double-height space is enhanced by a luminous ceiling, bringing in more daylight and preserving a sense of openness and airiness. The main focus was placed on handcrafted materials: a kilim rug, textured wood, a woven lamp, and rattan cabinetry.
The dining area, featuring a limestone-clad wall, is paired with woven chairs and a dark oak table in a monochrome palette. The sideboard intentionally differs in tone, highlighting the accent wall with its art piece.
A wood-clad ceiling creates the intimate atmosphere of a cave, while light white textiles on the curtains and lamps add the relaxed feeling of southern terraces.
The study is restrained and minimal, also divided by veneer into zones for work and rest.
The shower area is highlighted with large-format tiles and illuminated by a lightbox, while massive marble shelves and a marble sink act as accents.
The smaller living room has a softer lounge atmosphere, built around richer textures: limewash walls and crumpled linen upholstery.
